NeoMinds Market sells digital products that are delivered electronically. Because digital products can be accessed immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once the product or download has been delivered or accessed.

Exceptions

If you were charged twice for the same product, received the wrong product, or cannot access a purchased digital product because of a technical delivery problem, contact us through the Contact page and we will work to resolve the issue.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under the laws that apply to your purchase.
